The two performance tests confirm the Infanta 5.8 and Suzuki DF140BTX/BTGL combination as an outstanding all-round package. Tested in St Francis and Knysna with different propeller setups, both boats delivered strong, consistent performance. The St Francis test achieved 72 km/h, 6,300 RPM, and an impressive 0–25 knots in just 5.6 seconds, while the Knysna test reached 68 km/h at 6,100 RPM. Despite the different locations and setups, both tests highlight the Suzuki DF140's excellent acceleration, strong top-end performance, and dependable power, making it an ideal choice for South African recreational and offshore boating.
